For the dough: In a large bowl stir together the flour and salt. Using a pastry cutter, put the butter into the flour mixture until it has a uniform texture, add the water and mix with a fork until the dough pulls together. Wrap with film and put into the fridge for 20 minutes, pat into 6 balls and flatten into disks.
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Stir together eggs, heavy cream cheese, hearts of palm and ham.
Put the dough discs into cupcake trays; fill in with the hearts of palm and eggs mix.
Bake for 15 minutes or until its done. Serve.
